Ultimate Armory and Smithy

Overview

The Ultimate Armory and Smithy is a combined production and storage complex for everything The Forgelands fights, mines, and builds with: a full working forge, an enchanting hall, a brewing annex, and a vault wing where finished equipment is racked, labeled, and ready. It is being built in consultation with Drugal MacGruder, whose standards for a proper smithy turned out to be considerably stricter than expected.

Purpose

Expeditions leave The Forgelands regularly, and every departure used to begin with a scavenger hunt through mismatched chests. The Armory ends that. The design goal is simple: any expedition, from a day trip to Cherry Mountain to a forty-million-block frontier crossing, should be able to kit out completely in under five minutes.

Current Status

The forge hall is operational, with blast furnaces, grindstones, smithing tables, and anvil stations installed. The enchanting hall's bookshelf array is complete and the librarian trading wing is stocked. The vault wing is framed; racking systems for armor sets and tool tiers are the current work front.

Field Notes

Drugal's single design demand was honored: the forge chimney had to be the tallest point of the building, visible from the homestead. He inspects the hearth monthly and has approved it twice.

A dedicated rack stands empty, reserved for whatever comes back from The Uncharted Lands.
