1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing AndyTheMakerMC.xyz(“the Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. The Site is operated by Andy The Maker(“we”, “us”).

2. The Site and its content

The Site is an informational fan hub and lore archive for the Andy The Maker Minecraft series. All original content — including articles, archive records, lore, artwork, logos, and site design — is owned by Andy The Maker and protected by copyright. You may share links to the Site freely. You may quote brief excerpts with attribution. You may not republish substantial portions of the content, or use it commercially, without prior written permission.

3. Minecraft

Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Synergies AB / Microsoft. The Site is an independent fan site and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Mojang or Microsoft. Gameplay content follows Mojang’s applicable usage guidelines for community creations.

4. Third-party platforms and links

The Site links to third-party platforms (YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, Instagram, X, Discord, Patreon, Ko-fi, Stripe). Those platforms have their own terms; your use of them is solely between you and the platform. Support payments (Patreon memberships, Ko-fi support, donations) are processed entirely by those platforms — we never receive or store your payment details, and refunds are governed by each platform’s policy.

5. Supporter recognition

By supporting through Patreon, Twitch, Ko-fi, or a donation link, you agree that your public display name, public avatar, membership tier, and join date may appear in community recognition sections of the Site and potentially inside in-game community monuments. You may opt out at any time by contacting us.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to attempt to disrupt the Site, scrape it for spam or harassment purposes, misrepresent affiliation with Andy The Maker, or use the Site for anything unlawful.

7. Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Lore content is fictional. Schedules, goals, and metrics are provided for community interest and may be inaccurate or out of date. We may change or discontinue any part of the Site at any time.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Andy The Maker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or any linked third-party service.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
