Records Pending Classification

Artifact records for The Uncharted Lands are pending classification.

The expedition has recovered items that warrant permanent records — the hand-drawn charts from the underground cache, banner fragments from a pirate signal post, and a piece of the headland's worked stone, taken only after long argument with the expedition's own charter. None can be documented to standard under current conditions; a field camp at dusk, with smoke rationed and one eye on the southern horizon, is no place for careful archival work.

Full write-ups will be filed from The Forgelands, after the return voyage. The artifacts will ride home in the tall ship's hold, which seems fitting. Most of them were stolen at least once already.
