Hall of Records Concept

The Hall of Records is the official archive and repository for The Forgelands. It is separate from the Hall of the Ancients. The Hall of Records stores journals, maps, records, plans, books, documents, route notes, build documentation, supporter records, and other materials that belong to the living civilization Andy is building.

The Hall of Records has not yet been located or built in-world. Its eventual role is to make the act of documentation visible inside Minecraft. It should feel like a civic, archival, practical, and reverent build rather than a fantasy temple.

What Does Not Belong Here

Ancient faction dioramas and mythological faction exhibits belong in the Hall of the Ancients. The Hall of Records may reference ancient history, but it is not the faction museum.
